Wuxi Awing Technology develops and manufactures plasma cleaning and surface treatment systems. Founded in 2017, with a core team from national-level research institutes and more than twenty years of plasma process work.

Awing develops and manufactures in-line, chamber and conveyor-type RF and microwave plasma cleaners, plasma reduction and plasma descum equipment, and custom models.
They run in LED and IC packaging, IGBT and DBC / AMB power modules, FlipChip advanced packaging, automotive electronics, biopharmaceuticals and specialty materials — for semiconductor packaging and test plants, automotive electronics makers, laser communication device makers, LCD panel makers, optical coating companies and research institutes.
