In-line or batch?
In-line systems take strips straight from the line; chambers treat trays and fixtures in batches. Start from how your parts arrive.

Format, briefly.
Q01When is a batch chamber the better choice?
When parts arrive on trays or fixtures, vary in shape, or are too large for a strip transfer — and when a line does not need hands-off loading. Chambers store multiple recipes and adjust electrode spacing to the workpiece.
Q02Can the system handle my part size and takt time?
Compare your part with the strip and chamber sizes on each product page, then send us the dimensions and your target UPH. We confirm the fit before quoting. Quotation inquiry
Q03Can it connect to our line and MES?
In-line and continuous systems load same-side or left-in / right-out and connect to the equipment before and after them; touchscreen + PLC control takes an optional industrial PC for MES connection. Configurations can be designed to customer requirements.
