Dear Awing customers, partners, and friends who care about Awing's development: Happy New Year to you all! The year 2021, now drawing to a close, has witnessed many events worthy of the history books. The global pandemic kept resurging, the world economy was severely shaken, and China–US relations went through ups and downs. Under the impact of many unexpected factors, combined with rapidly growing demand, 2021 was a turbulent year for the global integrated circuit industry. If one word could sum up the IC industry in 2021, it would be “shortage”: every element of the entire IC industry chain was in short supply. Whether automotive, new energy, mobile phones, consumer electronics or home appliances, almost every application field was short of chips; whether microcontrollers, power chips or communication chips, almost every category of chip was in short supply; whether equipment, materials, production capacity or talent, almost every industry factor was lacking. 2021 was also a major development opportunity for China's integrated circuit industry. 2021 was the first year of China's 14th Five-Year Plan. At the start of the year, the national Two Sessions adopted the Outline of the 14th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and Long-Range Objectives Through the Year 2035 of the People's Republic of China, which elevated the IC industry to a fundamental, core position bearing on national security and overall development, and called for concentrating superior resources to achieve breakthroughs in key core technologies, based on the country's urgent and long-term needs. In 2021, against a complex domestic and international backdrop, China's IC industry turned crisis into opportunity. Domestic chips, which had previously faced great difficulty in gaining adoption, gained valuable application opportunities because imported chips were out of stock; heavy-asset, long-cycle IC investments, previously out of favor with capital markets, became a red-hot investment direction; and IC majors, once unpopular with students as tough and exhausting, became popular choices in the college entrance and graduate entrance exams. For the young Awing partnership team, 2021 was a year of rising with the tailwind and reaping a rich harvest. We exceeded the targets set at the start of the year and were successfully recognized as a National High-tech Enterprise and an Eaglet Enterprise; we successfully developed a microwave plasma cleaner, formally opening up applications in the defense industry; our intellectual property management standard system took shape, and we filed more than 20 patent applications in total, with 2 invention patents. Friends, 2021 is about to pass, and 2022 is about to arrive. We look up at the stars. Against the backdrop of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the building of a modern socialist country in all respects, we are full of hope for our country and for the development of China's IC industry. Our direction is clear: to take root in the IC industry and grow bigger, stronger and more refined in the niche field of plasma cleaning, unwavering in our commitment, with a promising future ahead. We keep our feet on the ground. Amid the current clamor and excitement in China's IC industry, we must always keep a clear head. We are still at an early stage of the industry's development, transitioning from lagging behind the international state of the art across the board to lagging behind it only in some areas. The road ahead is long and hard; we must stay modest and prudent, and guard against arrogance and impatience. We stay true to our original aspiration. We are in a golden period of the industry's development; perhaps our company will grow quickly, and perhaps our wealth will grow quickly. We hope that, whatever stage we reach, we will always keep our reverence for the industry and our love for our work, striving forward without slackening. We forge ahead. The future is bright, but the road will still be rough and winding. No success comes easily, and no good fortune falls from the sky; along the way we will inevitably meet many obstacles that seem insurmountable. Great undertakings must be accomplished through attention to detail, and difficult tasks must begin with the easy parts. Let us join hands to climb one mountain after another and fill one pit after another, with the perseverance of Yugong moving the mountains and Jingwei filling the sea. “A time will come to ride the wind and cleave the waves; I'll set my cloud-white sail and cross the vast sea.” The great changes unseen in a century have begun. Are you all ready?

From October 14 to 16, the 2020 Global Semiconductor Industry (Chongqing) Expo was held at the Chongqing International Expo Center. Themed “‘Chip’ Power, New Development”, the expo brought together more than 300 well-known companies from China and abroad, including Alpha and Omega Semiconductor, Siemens, Pingwei Group, United Microelectronics Center, Huada, China Resources Microelectronics and CISDI, with an exhibition area of 15,000 square meters. Through forums, exhibition displays and other means, our company held friendly communication and discussions with customers on chamber/batch plasma cleaners and in-line plasma cleaners (online/inline plasma cleaning machine), learning about customers' needs and concerns. We will continue to improve product quality and broad adaptability, keep pace with industry technology, and provide customers with high-quality products and solutions.

The company's core team has been engaged in plasma cleaning and surface treatment research for more than ten years, and its products are widely used in processes such as IC packaging, LED packaging, LCD mounting, component packaging, thick-film circuit packaging and engineering plastic surface treatment. With the fully automatic plasma (in-line plasma) cleaners we produce, product reliability and yield are significantly improved compared with traditional methods, while both performance and throughput are superior to imported equipment, offering good cost-effectiveness. In addition to standard plasma cleaning equipment, we can also customize large, medium and small vacuum chamber plasma cleaning equipment to customers' specific requirements to meet their surface treatment needs for different products, as well as customize various On-line mode plasma cleaning equipment that links upstream and downstream with customers' production lines, reducing human involvement and achieving highly automated production lines.
